- Please check all apparels upon receipt of item. Any issue has to be communicated to us via email within 3 days from receiving date, together with a clear snapshot of defected portion. Item must be mail back to us within 3 days of complaint.
- If manufacturing defects are noted, an exchange will be processed via mailing, unless otherwise stated.
- Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, buyers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back to We | Dress | You. We | Dress | You will only bear the shipping costs if We | Dress | You was the party that shipped the wrong merchandise.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged with return address provided on the parcel.
- Items must be in original unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for exchange.
- Please note that measurements may vary 1cm - 3cm as apparels are mass manufactured. This is NOT a manufacturing defect and no exchange will be entertained.
- Colour of apparel may be slightly different or brighter on screen due to different monitor settings as well as photo shoot lighting. No exchange or refund will be entertained.
- No size exchange will be allowed. Please refer to the measurements when placing your order.
